RIGA - If a week in politics is a long time, try a week in Scottish soccer with a Lithuanian megalomaniac presiding over things. The turmoil surrounding Scottish Premier League side Hearts has reached fever pitch under the club's majority shareholder Vladimir Romanov.The drama began when George Burley, the team manager, walked out on Oct. 21 after falling out with Romanov, a Lithuanian-Russian businessman, due to "irreconcilable differences" between them.
