BPT Optima, an investment subsidiary of Denmark's real estate investor Baltic Property Trust, acquired the Molas shopping mall in Kaunas earlier this year. The purchase marks BPT Optima's second investment in Lithuania. A couple of months ago, the subsidiary acquired BIG, the largest mall in Klaipeda. Nordea Bank Lietuva funded both transactions. Molas is one of the first shopping centers in Kaunas to receive this kind of investment.
