Police anticipate orderly fan behavior

RIGA - Latvian police are hopeful that the upcoming Latvian-Russian soccer match, scheduled for Aug. 17 in Riga, will proceed without the destructive and violent incidents seen during the St. Petersburg game earlier this summer. Latvian soccer fans, officials said, are calmer and more disciplined than their Russian counterparts.
