Jan Taits in his letter, published in the March 10 's 16 issue, raised a complaint about a serious fault in your newspaper 's incorrect spelling of place names and names of persons.
Omitting all the modifiers from the letters in each of the three languages is a very crude method of "simplifying" your word-processing task, and can produce offensive distortions in proper nouns, especially in the Estonian language.
If a small English-language newspaper showed similar carelessness in say, Denmark or Norway, I doubt if the local population would be quite so tolerant as your readers have been so far. Should a competitor produce a newspaper that treats proper nouns with the respect that is their due, I would gladly transfer my subscription to that paper.
