Riga and the Latvian tourist board must be laughing their socks off after getting budget flights to Riga.
Estonia, with it's protectionist mind-mode will watch a million or more tourists fly over Tallinn with there pockets full of money complaining that they should be there. Latvia has a vision that attracts tourists without putting up barriers to entry - such as high cost flight tickets into their major city. How much longer can these people get away with this pure protectionist attitude. There is a tourist industry in Estonia that can only function with its raw material -TOURISTS.
Good luck to Latvia leaders in the tourist game.
