The submission by KNAB manager candidate Mr. Loskutovs is a wonderful satire on how such submissions were prepared during Soviet times.
Thanks go to the author and the government for such exquisite sense of humor. The foresight of the government by selecting a candidate for the post who knows two languages, Russian and English, and who even knows how to operate a computer, is to be admired.
