Lithuania’s plenipotentiary and extraordinary ambassador to the United States, Rolandas Krisciunas, has gotten involved after the New York Knicks listed their new NBA signing Rolandas Kuzminskas as being from the USSR, not Lithuania.
“The ambassador in Washington will today write a letter to the Knicks. The Foreign Ministry’s political director already tweeted yesterday to draw their attention to this,” Kestutis Vaskelevicius, spokesman for Lithuania’s foreign minister, said on Monday, July 11.
