The Latvian online petitions site Manabalss.lv will not be publishing any anti-constitutional initiatives, the website announced.
Based on the opinions of legal experts and the portal's rights as a non-governmental organization to take independent decisions about the content submitted for publishing, ManaBalss.lv stated that it would not reopen for signing the initiative opposing the government's plan to make Latvian the sole language of instruction at all public schools in Latvia.
ManaBalss.lv also reserves the right not to publish any question...
