Man holding dual Estonian-Russian citizenship suspected of treason in Russia

Sergei Lohmus, a resident of the Pechory district of Russia, who was apprehended as a suspect in treason in Moscow in mid-August, holds Estonian-Russian dual citizenship, Postimees, the Estonian daily, reported. Lohmus, who graduated from the Pskov Academy of Law Management of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia in 2011, was arrested by the Russian Federal Security Service (FSB), the opposition newspaper Pskovskaya Gubernia reported, also confirming his dual citizenship.
