Luminor grants more than half a million euros to Dens dentistry

Luminor bank has granted a loan of 665 thousand euros to Dens dentistry for the construction of a new dental building in Cēsis.

The company has been successfully providing dental, oral surgery, and implant services in the Cēsis county and has achieved positive growth, doubling its turnover in the last two years.

"The decision to build a new dental building in Cēsis was taken two years ago, when the waiting list for patients to see our specialists reached several months. As a result of the high demand, specialists often had to work long hours and on weekends, so the number of dental staff was increased. The Luminor funding will help us in the construction of the new building to continue to attract additional specialists and provide additional capacity, which will enable us to reduce patient waiting lists. We will also have spacious, comfortable rooms for surgery and implant services. We expect that with the commissioning of the new dental clinic, the company's profitability, turnover, and number of clients will increase," says Monta Bērziņa, Member of the Board of SIA Dens.

The total indoor area of the new dental building is planned to be 545 square meters. The ground floor of the three-storey building will house a clinic with five surgeries, as well as X-ray, waiting, and rest rooms. The second floor will provide offices for tenants such as dental technicians and other specialists, while the third floor will provide short-term rental apartments for doctors and patients.
