As part of developing in-house technological solutions and information systems for e-commerce, LPB Bank continues to improve the functionality and visual appearance of Medoro - the portal for e-merchants.

The Bank continuously tracks needs and expectations of e-commerce businesses and implements state-of-the-art secure website technologies and solutions that integrate the latest trends in content architecture, ergonomics and design, delivering a portal with convenient visual appearance to users on smartphones and tablets alike.

The main page now presents a brand-new solution in the form of a control panel, or dashboard. It conveniently displays essential payment metrics and regions, financial analytics and other helpful information for the e-merchant.

At the end of 2022, the Bank successfully unveiled the Disputes section, where the user can view complete information about completed cases, the documents attached to a case, further action to be taken, case status, and the number of days until closure of each active case.

"We are very pleased with the successful launch of the new Medoro e-merchant portal. Our main goal was to create an intuitive, interactive, visually appealing portal interface that emphasises convenience. E-merchants will appreciate the portal’s ease of use, responsiveness and clear navigation scheme. We have made sure that e-merchants who use a smartphone can just as easily review payments, search for a specific transaction, or generate a report for accounting in a range of formats," says Edgars Valmers, Head of the E-commerce Department at LPB Bank.
