Long-time team doctor of Latvian national ice hockey team Janis Kveps passes away

RIGA - The long-time team doctor of the Latvian national ice hockey team Janis Kveps passed away yesterday, the Latvian Ice Hockey Federation informed. Kveps, or ''Doks'' as he was called by many, worked as the team doctor for over 20 years. Kveps, who retired in 2016, was 79 at the time of his death. In 2014, he was bestowed the Order of the Three Stars.
