Lithuania’s media watchdog bans Russian broadcaster RT

VILNIUS - The Radio and Television Commission of Lithuania (LRTK) on Wednesday banned Russia's broadcaster RT over its ties to Dmitry Kiselyov, a Kremlin propagandist on the European Union's black list.
