Lithuania’s Impuls cleared to acquire Estonia’s Arctic Sport

Lithuania’s largest fitness chain, Impuls LTU, has been cleared by the Estonian competition authority to acquire Freewill OU, owner of the Arctic Sport fitness centers in Estonia. Freewill board member Rein Reitalu told BNS in November that ownership change will not change the daily activity of the company in Estonia. “We have clearly agreed that the current management will stay on.
