Latvian pays price for hate speech against Muslims

BNS/TBT Staff The Riga District Court today passed a sentence on a man accused of online hate speech against Muslims, sentencing him to 140 hours of community service. The court said that the full text of the court ruling would become available on Oct. 25 and after that the defendant will have 10 days to file an appeal.
