Indrek Alliksaar will assume the role of Country Lead Partner of KPMG Estonia on 1 October 2026. Andris Jegers, who has led the firm for the past 20 years, will continue as Audit Partner and Client Lead at KPMG Estonia.

I am sincerely pleased to pass on the leadership to Indrek, whose experience and dedicated leadership style provide a strong foundation for continued growth," said Andris Jegers.
Over the years, KPMG has grown into the largest consulting firm in Estonia. In addition to audit and accounting services, the company offers business advisory, cybersecurity services, and legal services through its law firm. KPMG has the experience and expertise to advise companies across all major sectors of the economy, including advisory in M&A transactions.
Indrek Alliksaar joined KPMG in 1996. Since 2015 he has been a partner in the company and has led KPMG Estonia’s audit function since 2016.
During his leadership, the audit function has grown steadily, with audit revenue increasing nearly fivefold. In addition, the stable profitability of the audit function has supported the company’s financial balance.
