ALTENBERG (Germany) - The Latvian two-man bob team of pilot Oskars Kibermanis and brake man Matiss Miknis today won bronze at the Bobsleigh World Championships in Altenberg, Germany.
Olympic champion Oskars Melbardis together with Intars Dambis placed 12th and Ralfs Berzins/Davis Springis finished 17th.
The German duo of pilot Francesco Friedrich and brake man Margis Thorsten won the world title at the Altenberg track.
