Indian court to resume handling of Estonian ship guards' appeal on Wednesday

Proceedings will resume in India on Wednesday in the case of ship security guards, including 14 citizens of Estonia, who have appealed the five-year prison sentences given to them by an Indian court for entering the country with weapons. Police in India's southernmost state Tamil Nadu on Oct. 18, 2013 arrested 35 crew and security personnel on board the anti-piracy vessel Seaman Guard Ohio, including 14 Estonian citizens alongside Britons, Ukrainians, and Indians.
