Last month, Polish president Andrzej Duda visited Kyiv and pledged to assist Ukraine in implementing its reforms to decentralize the state. “It is a crucial for Ukraine’s advancement towards the EU and Poland is ready to support Ukraine, in particular in sharing its experience in decentralization,” he told reporters at the time.
