TALLINN – A price comparison of Baltic capitals by Circle K shows that fuel prices rose in Riga and Vilnius over the week, while they fell in Tallinn.
In Tallinn, gasoline prices fell by 2 cents and the price of diesel fuel by 10 cents over the week, while in Vilnius, gasoline cost 8 cents more and diesel 2 cents more than last Friday. In Riga, gasoline prices rose by 17 cents and the price of diesel by 19 cents.
On Friday, 95 miles gasoline in the Estonian capital cost 1.839 euros, which was 9.5 cents cheaper than in Riga and at the same level as in Vilnius. The price of 98 miles plus gasoline in Tallinn was 1.899 euros, 10.5 cents less than in Riga and 3.9 cents cheaper than in Vilnius.
The price of diesel fuel in Tallinn was 1.869 euros, which was 21.5 cents cheaper than in Riga and 19 cents cheaper than in Vilnius.
