TALLINN - A Friday price comparison by Circle K in the Baltic capitals shows that while fuel prices in Tallinn and Riga rose for the third consecutive week, prices in Vilnius saw a decline this week.
In Tallinn, gasoline prices increased by 4.5 cents and diesel by 20 cents. In Riga, all fuels were 2 cents more expensive than the previous Friday. In Vilnius, gasoline prices decreased by 3.4 cents, while diesel dropped by 0.5 cents.
On Friday, 95 miles gasoline cost 1.829 euros in the Estonian capital, 1.5 cents more than in Riga and 11 cents more than in Vilnius. The price of 98 miles plus gasoline in Tallinn was 1.889 euros, 0.5 cents more expensive than in Riga and 7.1 cents higher than in Vilnius.
The price of diesel fuel in Tallinn was 2.119 euros, 8.5 cents more than in Riga and 0.5 cents more than in Vilnius.
