RIGA - Einars Fogelis has been unanimously elected the president of the International Luge Federation (FIL) at the FIL congress today.
Fogelis was the only candidate for the post. To become the president of FIL, a candidate must receive the support of at least half of the members of the federation. Fogelis received 30 votes.
