As another specialized bank is entering the Lithuanian market, Mantas Zalatorius, president of the Association of Lithuanian Banks, says the fact that a third company gets such a license in Lithuania reflects the country's attractiveness among financial start-ups, adding, however, that the new bank will need time to settle in.
European Merchant, a Lithuanian company which is part of the UK's Akce Group, has been granted the license of a specialized bank, Lithuania's central bank, the Bank of Lithuania, says.
