The European Union's ambassador to Moscow, Lithuanian diplomat Vygaudas Usackas, believes Russia will release Ukrainian Airforce pilot, Nadiya Savchenko, who was sentenced to 22 years in jail by a Russian court on March 22, 2016.
Usackas’ words come after Ukraine proposed exchanging Savchenko for Russian troops, who are on trial in Kiev.
