TALLINN - President of the Estonian parliament Lauri Hussar is scheduled to meet with representatives of LGBT+ organizations on Wednesday.
Starting Jan. 1, Estonia has become one of the 20 European countries to ensure marriage equality. To commemorate this landmark decision, the president of the Riigikogu has extended an invitation to representatives of LGBT+ organizations and prominent advocates of LGBT+ rights for a reception.
An invitation to attend the gathering has also been sent to Christian Veske, the commissioner for gender equality and equal treatment.
