TALLINN - Speaker of the Estonian parliament Eiki Nestor said following the failed electoral college rounds of the presidential election on Saturday that he had not expected the electoral college to be unable to elect Estonia's next president yesterday.
"Did not want, did not anticipate, did not wish for," Nestor told the public broadcaster ERR on last night regarding the unsuccessful electoral college session.
