Tonis Molder, chairman of the social affairs committee of the Estonian parliament and member of the Center Party, said on August 12 it is regrettable that Isamaa chair Helir-Valdor Seeder is standing against the extraordinary pension hike plan and added that without this decision, the debate on changing the second pension pillar will also stall in the Riigikogu.
