Estonian leaders offer condolences to France; citizens visiting Nice injured

Estonian President Toomas Hendrik Ilves and Prime Minister Taavi Roivas expressed condolences to France following another terrorist attack on Thursday. "My deepest sympathies. Estonia stands by the residents of Nice, France, and the people of France. We are all in mourning on this desolate day," the president posted to social media.
