Zuleyxa Izmailova, leader of Greens of Estonia, said that the country's capital, Tallinn, is retreating from principles important to the party. "In modern cities, smart ideas are taken into consideration already in the planning phase," Izmailova said. "Tallinn is degenerating and retreating from principles important to me. Copper trolleybus lines were taken down and sold as scrap metal. They will be replaced by old rattling buses, while in Munich vehicles with a Euro 3 pollution standards are prohibited from entering the city centre since October 2012."
