TALLINN - The Estonian government at a online session on Wednesday specified the order concerning border crossing with Finland so that only persons who have Finnish citizenship, a residence permit or who have a permanent residence in Finland according to the population register and who do not have any symptoms of illness can come to Estonia more often than before for work and study or for family reasons without isolation requirements.
