Estonian Gov’t to decide about opening door to more immigrants

The Estonian Government must soon decide what to do in a situation, where businesses struggling with workforce shortages wish to bring in workers to Estonia, but the 0.1 per cent quota for residence and work permits stipulated by law will already be filled by the middle of the year.
