TALLINN - In December, the new Estonian expert Jaana Napa joined the European Union Advisory Mission in Ukraine (EUAM Ukraine) to head the mission's Kharkiv field office.
Napa has previously been on UN missions in Bosnia and Herzegovina and Kosovo, on OSCE missions in Serbia, Kosovo and North Macedonia and on the European Union Monitoring Mission in Georgia. She began her career in 1993 at what is currently the Police and Border Guard Board.
