Estonia is to submit the film November, directed by Rainer Sarnet, as a candidate for the Academy Award for Best Foreign Language Film.
A seven-member committee made up of Ivo Felt, Martti Helde, Tonu Karjatse, Tiina Malberg, Matis Rei, Siim Rohtla and Edith Sepp selected the film unanimously, the Estonian Film Institute said.
