Estonia’s e-Residency program stirs attention in Lisbon

Accompanying the Estonian Prime Minister to the Web Summit was Arnaud Castaignet, Head of Public Relations for Estonia’s e-Residency program. A French national, who has previously worked for the French President, Francois Hollande, Castaignet, has been living in Tallinn since June 2017. The Baltic Times took the opportunity to ask Castaignet about his adopted country’s e-Residency program.
