Hamina LNG Oy, a joint venture between Finnish Hamina Energia Oy and Estonian Alexela Varahalduse AS, on Thursday, June 22, adopted a final investment decision and will start the construction of a 95 million Euro liquefied natural gas (LNG) terminal at Hamina in Finland.
