Estonia, US strengthen military cooperation

TALLINN – Estonia and the United States have strengthened bilateral military cooperation, on which a memorandum was signed in May.

The secretary general of the Estonian Ministry of Defense, Kusti Salm, met in Tallinn on May 21 with Milancy Harris, acting undersecretary for intelligence and security at the US Department of Defense.

During the meeting, a memorandum on strengthening military cooperation between the two countries was signed. Estonia and the United States will continue to work closely together both bilaterally and as NATO allies in ensuring security and peace.
