TALLINN - Siim Kallas, founder and honourary chairman of Estonia's ruling Reform Party, who disapproves the way the party is currently run, has not ruled out the possibility of establishing a new party, the business daily Aripaev reports.
"It's a complicated thing. I don't want to say it's entirely ruled out, but it's too soon. It needs to be thought about," Kallas told the paper when asked about setting up a new party.
