Estonian Prime Minister Taavi Roivas, chairman of the Reform Party, has expressed his support for a proposal of junior government partner Social Democratic Party (SDE) to work together to get the next president of Estonia elected in parliament.
“The proposal of Social Democrats for co-operation speaks of good will and responsibility and is an important step closer to getting the president of the Republic of Estonia elected in the Riigikogu. This has been the wish of the Reform Party from the start,” Roivas said according to spokespeople.
