Estonia: Kruuda, other suspects in tax fraud case not to be taken into custody

TALLINN - Estonia's North prosecutor's office has opted against requesting the court to take into custody businessman Oliver Kruuda and other suspects previously detained in the alleged tax fraud case concerning AS Tere. Four suspects had either already been released by this afternoon or were in the process of getting released, whereas two suspects, including Kruuda, were expected to be released either today or early tomorrow, spokesman for the prosecutor's office Kaarel Kallas informed BNS.
