Estonia: IRL, Free Party nominate Joks as presidential candidate

TALLINN – Twenty one MPs from the parliamentary groups of Estonia's Pro Patria and Res Publica Union (IRL) and the Free Party on Friday nominated Allar Joks as a presidential candidate. Joks, born on March 18, 1965, is an Estonian citizen by birth and has consented to run for president, spokespeople for the National Electoral Committee stated. Joks was chosen by the entire IRL parliamentary group — Raivo Aeg, Maire Aunaste, Siim Kiisler, Aivar Kokk, Viktoria Ladonskaja, Andres Metsoja, Marko Mihkelson, Kalle Muuli, Mart Nutt, Juhan Parts, Helir-Valdor Seed...
