Estonia: EKRE wants referendum on immigration

TALLINN - The Estonian Conservative People’s Party (EKRE) is collecting signatures to a petition asking for a nationwide referendum to be held to get immigration and refugee policy under the control of the people. The nationalist opposition party, which is the smallest political force in the Estonian parliament, maintains that immigration into Estonia must not surpass the present level.
