I believe 100 per cent that NATO will defend the Baltic countries against a Russian attack, but NATO ground forces will arrive in any number only after two to three weeks. By that time, according to experts, Russia will already have occupied a large part of the Baltics including Riga. Only a part of Estonia, Latvian Kurzeme, and parts of Lithuania will remain free. Then will start the counteroffensive to throw the Russians out, which will cost many lives, mainly civilian, and great economic losses.
