The European Network of Fugitive Active Search Teams (ENFAST), which has launched a campaign to nab internationally wanted criminals, is searching for Latvia’s most wanted criminal Vjaceslavs Makarzeckis, the leader of an organised group of criminals.
The ENFAST has created the website www.eumostwanted.eu, where it has posted the pictures of Europe’s most wanted fugitives who are being sought, based on European arrest warrants. It is up to each member state to decide which individuals to include in the list of the most wanted fugitives.
