Convicted FSB spies had ‘no access’ to state secrets

TALLINN - The three men sentenced to jail by an Estonian court in Oct. 2015 and earlier this month were smugglers who had no access to the state secrets of Estonia. Public Prosecutor Inna Ombler, speaking at a press conference on Tuesday, said all the convicted individuals were engaged in smuggling items, such as cigarettes, to a bigger or smaller degree.
