RIGA - Climate change affects everyone in Latvia, Europe and all over the world, Latvian Climate and Energy Minister Kaspars Melnis (Greens/Farmers) said during a meeting with the Speaker of the Parliament of Zimbabwe, Jacob Francis Nzwidamilimo Mudenda.

As LETA was told at the Climate and Energy Ministry, Melnis on Wednesday met with the Zimbabwean speaker and his delegation.
