TALLINN – The Tallinn city government intends to approve an order at its Wednesday's meeting to conclude a cooperation agreement with Cleveron Mobility AS on a pilot project that will see Cleveron Mobility's robotic couriers serve institutions, companies and residents located in the pedestrian area of Tallinn's Old City.
The cooperation agreement will be concluded for two months, during which it is hoped to gain the necessary experience and learn whether the use of robotic couriers in the Old City is justified. The agreement is to be signed on the city's behalf by the head of the Tallinn Transport Board.
The project will be carried out against the backdrop of the title of European Green Capital 2023. One of the goals of the Green Capital project is to develop carbon-neutral mobility.
