RIGA - Today, Prime Minister Evika Silina (New Unity) will chair a meeting of the Baltic Council of Ministers where she will meet with her Estonian and Lithuanian counterparts, the Cabinet of Ministers told LETA.
On Friday, Silina will meet with Estonian Prime Minister Kristen Michal and Lithuanian Prime Minister Inga Ruginiene at the Cabinet of Ministers.
The prime ministers will discuss regional security and international developments, as well as implementation of the Rail Baltica railroad project and the European Union's next multiannual budget.
The Baltic prime ministers will also give a joint press conference.
Latvia holds the presidency of the Baltic Council of Ministers this year.
