AIRHUB TRAINING BECOMES A CABIN CREW TRAINING ORGANIZATION

  • 2022-07-11

Airhub Training has extended its services by becoming an approved Cabin Crew training organization (CCTO) after receiving the Transport Competency Agency (TCA) approval.

"We are delighted to announce our organization’s new capabilities in the field of cabin crew training. The Cabin Crew Initial and EASA Conversion courses enhances the range of services we provide. Developing flexible top-quality training solutions, tailored to fit our partners' needs," comments Indrė Mikalopaitė, Head of Training in CCTO.

Airhub Training provides the Cabin Crew Initial and EASA Conversion courses to both - airlines and individuals. The Cabin Crew Initial training program is for people without aviation experience. Meanwhile, the EASA Conversion course is for professionals with aviation experience who need to convert their Cabin Crew Attestation to EASA attestation – this training takes one week only.

According to Indrė Mikalopaitė, the aviation personnel shortage has affected the aviation industry throughout Europe - airports do not have resources to cope with the increased numbers of post-pandemic passengers. Meanwhile, airlines have to cancel flights due to a lack of human resources.

She says: "I believe that airlines exhibiting a high need of well-trained cabin crew will evaluate our offered CCTO services, allowing crew members to be trained in one location which will help our clients save both time and money on many levels, including schedules, training arrangements, and documentation procedures”.

After Airhub Training received TCA approval, the student group will start their initial training in August. It is the first cabin crew training to be taken on by Airhub Training as an approved Cabin Crew Initial Training organization.

Airhub Training is an approved training organization, located in Vilnius, Lithuania, that provides cabin crew training and pilot training for aspiring and experienced pilots. Airhub Training is a part of Airhub Aviation, a group of aviation companies with its headquarters in Malta and commercial office in Dubai. Airhub Aviation offers a range of modern Airbus family aircraft, aviation training, and aircraft management services for lessors and asset management entities with in-house MRO capabilities.
