RIGA - Due to the current security situation in the Middle East, the Latvian airline airBaltic announces that it will cancel all scheduled flights to and from Dubai (United Arab Emirates) until the end of October 2026, LETA learned from the airline.

To minimize the impact of this situation on customers’ travel plans, airBaltic is offering passengers the opportunity to choose an alternative flight free of charge to any of its more than 80 destinations.

Mantas Vrubliauskas, Vice President Network Management of airBaltic, said that although Dubai has been a very popular destination in airBaltic network, the current security situation requires careful and responsible decisions.

Furthermore, the aircraft originally scheduled for Dubai flights has been reallocated to other popular destinations in Spain and Cyprus, providing customers with even more travel options to choose from when travelling from the Baltic states.
