'EfTEN Living' invests over EUR 7.5 million in modern 'Easy Riga' rental housing project in Ķengarags, offering 102 fully equipped apartments

Investing more than EUR 7.5 million, “EfTEN Living” is completely renovating and modernising an apartment building on Aviācijas Street, as part of the “Easy Riga” rental project. A total of 102 fully equipped apartments will be available for rent, offering modern, comfortable, and affordable housing in Ķengarags, with rents starting at EUR 370 per month. The building’s reconstruction is scheduled for completion this autumn, and those interested are invited to register on the project’s website to apply for a reservation.

Designed with tenants‘ comfort in mind

“EfTEN Capital” is expanding its presence in the residential property market with a new brand, “EfTEN Living”, which focuses on offering modern, high-quality rental housing. In 2023, “EfTEN Capital” acquired a multi-story residential building on Aviācijas Street, located near the “Dole” shopping centre. This 12-storey building, the first property to be developed under the “EfTEN Living” brand, will feature 102 rental apartments, including 35 studio apartments and 67 one-bedroom units, ranging in size from 34 to 40 m².

For tenants’ convenience, each apartment will include essential furniture – tables, chairs, wardrobes, as well as beds or comfortable sofas with integrated mattresses for restful sleeping.

Additionally, the building’s basement will feature a shared laundry room equipped with multiple washing machines and dryers provided by “Wash-Mate”. Secure storage rooms for personal belongings will also be available for rent. Bicycle racks will be located both outdoors and in a secure basement area, while 16 parking spaces and three electric vehicle charging stations will provide added convenience for residents with motor vehicles.
