Investing more than EUR 7.5 million, “EfTEN Living” is completely renovating and modernising an apartment building on Aviācijas Street, as part of the “Easy Riga” rental project. A total of 102 fully equipped apartments will be available for rent, offering modern, comfortable, and affordable housing in Ķengarags, with rents starting at EUR 370 per month. The building’s reconstruction is scheduled for completion this autumn, and those interested are invited to register on the project’s website to apply for a reservation.

Secure storage rooms for personal belongings will also be available for rent. Bicycle racks will be located both outdoors and in a secure basement area, while 16 parking spaces and three electric vehicle charging stations will provide added convenience for residents with motor vehicles.
